Exchange Policy

Overview

Our exchange policy is 14 days.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Underwear, Boxers, Hygiene, Cosmetics, Jewelry, Gift cards and Furniture products are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged. Items that are opened and not returned in the condition it was sold will be not eligible for an exchange.

To complete your exchange we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange

Exchanges will be accepted in store only. Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will exchange the item in store or provide a gift card to be used in store or online.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Some sale items will be final sale and cannot be exchanged. Some Sale items will be eligible for an exchange for the amount you paid if bought on a sale or at a discounted price. 

Exchanges

We only replace opened items if they are defective or damaged.
